    Dippage.

    Super quick, delicious fruit dip.

    What’s in it?

    1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

    1 packet stevia in the raw (or truvia…whatevs)

    How to make it happen:

    Mix them together.  The end.  This is enough dip for a few apples.  Or, 1/2 pint of strawberries for those that can eat them.

    No fat, 32 calories and 5 grams of protein depending on the brand of greek yogurt you buy.  Great way to add some protein in when you’re snacking!
